Entra Carlos invicto, que te espera
con triunfo y aras al concurso Hispano,
ya por ti asombro del blasón Romano,
pues de tan claro sol es digna esfera.

Tu Majestad, que oculta reverbera,
alumbre al Español, como al Britano,
vibre tu frente luz, como tu mano,
que ser la del tonante Dios pudiera.

Mayor te manifiesta, que en la Fama,
pues si bien lenguas ocupó en ti sólo,
más tus virtudes que sus voces fueron.

Entra, admírete el pueblo, que te aclama,
por retrato de Júpiter, y Apolo,
en lo que más divino parecieron.
